Royal Hydration + LLC Policies
Post Op & Body Contouring Services
Typically our sessions are 45-60 minutes in total. Includes setting up, undressing and assistance with garments. If you’re scheduled for a mobile session, please be ready when our team members arrive. If you are currently receiving post op care with another provider, please finish your services there before beginning with us. Pictures are taken prior to all treatments to follow up with each client’s progress. Packages must be completed 6 months of date purchased.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Royal Hydration + Wellness Post Operative & Recovery Concierge service we understand that there may be circumstances out of the Customers control which may require the need to reschedule the appointment.
We welcome a total of three reschedules/cancellations with at least 48 hours advanced notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
After the client has rescheduled/cancelled their appointment a total of three times, the client will forfeit the remaining sessions and will be required to re-book and re-purchase his/her treatment/packages. All deposit payments and service balance payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the client will be required to reschedule the appointment.
Consultations: $50 fee is credited towards your service of choice & only valid for 30 days.
SERVICES REFUND POLICY
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service and sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards may be purchased at our location or online. They may be used towards any product or service. A Gift Card must be present at time of purchase/usage. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or replaced. Gift Cards do not expire. All sales are final. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. This does not apply to bonus or promotional Gift Cards.
RETURN POLICY
Services – Royal Hydration + Wellness Post-Operative & Recovery Concierge Services, we pride ourselves in providing clients and customers with exceptional customer service and satisfaction with all services provided. If you are not pleased with your service, please address it at the time of completed service. We ensure that all services are properly provided and professional, however, you may be eligible to receive a follow-up service in order to ensure the best service care. We do not issue refunds for spa services or packages.
Products – If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased from the Royal Hydration + Post-Operative Concierge Services, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund. You must have a valid receipt in order to complete a return.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All online purchases are final. Please note that by ordering online, you've agreed responsibility for all products purchased without a consult.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping will take 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation with the tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
